He is solely and independently handling all administrative & secretarial functions of the Society and is the centre of communication among its members, associates & partners.
Mr. Balan comes with over 3 decades of experience in the corporate world, both back-end as well as front end operations in diverse industries, such as Engineering / Instrumentation, Medical Informatics, Import / Export, etc. He had handled direct / channel / institutional sales, operations, administration, HR,training etc. apart from being certified Auditor for ISO 9001:2000 Quality Management Systems. His previous assignment was as Country Manager with EuroHome & Fashions, importing & distributing fine Italian silverware for the niche market.
Widely travelled in India, his passion for challenges and commitment to environment brought him to ESOI. His organising and interpersonal skills have been ably demonstrated by successfully holding nine national workshops within a span of 29 months in different States.
Innovative and adaptable, with his early childhood in the natural surroundings of God’s Own Country, he is also a keen environment enthusiast, with deep inclination for social justice; and love & care for the deprived.
